"Longing for the Joy of the Nations"
We are studying Psalm 67. Our message is entitled “Longing for the Joy of the Nations”. Psalm 67 has this great joyful vision of all the nations rejoicing in the salvation of God. As the Psalmist considers God’s promise to bless the nations through His people, he envisions people from every tribe and tongue and nation praising God. Over and over, he cries out “Let the peoples praise you, O God!” Do you have this passion pulsating in your heart? Do you have a joyful expectation and vision of people sharing their testimonies of deliverance and restoration? Does the vision of people being overjoyed to be forgiven and singing with gladness to God captivate your imagination? Psalm 67 is a psalm to pray for a restored passion to see all the beautiful peoples from around the world rejoicing in praise to God and the Lamb. Let’s have our passion for the spread of the good news set aflame in our hearts together!
