"Longing for the Glory of God"

Sometimes, we get a glimpse of God’s incredible detailed care over our lives. He hasn’t just planned and worked in a general way for our good. God has carefully designed every detail in all creation for the glory of His name and for the good of His children. Do you believe that God is working in the details of our lives for His glory and our good? In this sermon, we are going to study Psalm 104. The psalmist marvels at God’s wisdom in how He created the world for the good of all His creatures. As he glories in the absolute goodness of God, He longs that the entire world would recognize and respond in universal adoration, faith, and submission to the Lord. Our message is called, Longing for the Glory of God. If we could only see how careful God has been in creating the world for our good, we would trust His hand especially when we can’t see the good in what is happening in our lives right now. God really is good all the time. Let’s come and see and celebrate God’s wisdom in caring for our earthly and our eternal good. Let’s commit ourselves to be a people who live to magnify and glorify our Father in Heaven.
